Placing Orders for Goods

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an Order according to our Returns Policy. Returned Goods must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or expire soon
• Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
• Digital content after the performance has begun
